Three-ingredient banana pancake recipe

Happy Monday you all! Today I’m going to share with you a simple three-ingredient banana pancake recipe that I make almost every single day. These pancakes are seriously the easiest thing to make, plus they’re pretty healthy, which is great for me since I’m a picky eater.

This recipe will give you enough batter for two servings and makes about eight small pancakes overall.

Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of oats

I use my Magic Bullet to mix everything up but you could use a blender or even a fork to combine the ingredients. Once the batter is made, pour it into a pan over medium heat just like you would regular pancakes and let them cook.

Once they’re done I like to drizzle honey on top, but this is totally optional. I also like to put peanut butter in the center of my plate and eat some with every bite–SO good!

Just refrigerate the remainder of the batter for the next time and that’s it! Let me know if you all try this out!!
